Somituri Project

Forward Work Plan

For the remainder of 2012 and 2013, we will continue to delineate and attempt to prove up the “Resource Potential” of the Imbo Licence. If the planned targets deliver the intended results, infill drilling will be undertaken to create a much larger NI 43-101 compliant resource, than the one currently defined as the “Adumbi Resource”.

Subject to resource constraints, we will simultaneously;

  • undertake soil sampling and remote sensing work on other properties held by us;
  • undertake an internal high level conceptual economic assessment for the Imbo Licence (not NI 43-101 compliant), in order to frame for our management, the business case and framework for developing this project;
  • undertake further metallurgical characterisation test work by lithological domain and by target, for the various prospects on our Imbo Licence. Once gold associations and deportment is clearly understood a detailed metallurgical test work programme will be developed;
  • put in place plans to manage artisanal scale mining; and
  • initiate long-lead early study phase activities, including:
    • social baseline studies;
    • environmental baseline studies, including hydrology and geohydrology; and
    • undertake additional test work to better define the environmental and processing issues associated with the various lithological domains as a function of the mine plan.
