KGL-Sihu SPRL
Overview
KGL-Sihu SPRL, comprises 12 exploration licences (PR’s) covering an area of some 367 km2 in the northeast DRC.
Based on the BRGM Department of Mines, Goverment of Zaire 1980 geological maps of ZAIRE (1980):
- five of these PR’s are underlain by basement orthogneiss and granite;
- one PR is underlain by basement migmatites;
- four PR’s are underlain by younger granitic intrusive;
- one of these PR’s straddle the granite orthogneiss contact; and
- one of these is underlain by Upper Kabalian metavolcanics and or metasedimentary rocks.
Forward Work Plan
We will undertake a soil sampling programme on one of the PR’s in due course. This PR is contiguous with KGL-ERW’s, PR 2274.
