Our Approach
Whilst we are currently an exploration company, our approach is to identify World-class resource deposits in underdeveloped regions/countries and exploit their potential, either directly, or through joint ventures with appropriate parties. In our activities, we will:
- engage with and develop positive relationships with all stakeholders;
- maintain our financial, legal, social and environmental right to operate; in particular:
- meet the operating and closure requirements of the countries in which we operate and/or meet global best practise/standards, whichever the more stringent;
- meet the social, environmental and engineering standards required by international financiers (IFC/World Bank);
- leave a positive legacy on the environment in which we operate;
- protect indigenous populations and support community development initiatives;
- empower and develop our people; and
- meet the legal and fiscal requirements of the countries we are listed in, namely; Canada and Germany
- employ capital effectively; and
- most importantly, meet the expectations of our investors.
