Properties Overview

Kilo has five gold properties totalling approximately 16,000 square kilometers mainly in the Orientale Province, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). These properties are located in the Archaean Kabalian greenstone geological formation. Kilo holdings include former producing mines (1927-1959) where gold production of approximately 360,000 ounces were reportedly produced in the past from alluvial and hard rock sources. Kilo's properties are between Randgold (formerly Moto Goldmines) ~ 250km to the north-east and by Banro Corporation which is ~500km to the south; indicated and inferred gold resources of the aforementioned are approximately 22.5 M ounces and 11.2 M ounces respectively.

Kilo's corporate objective in 2010 is to delineate 2 to 4 million ounces of gold (NI 43-101 compliant).
