Klaus Eckhof

President & Chief Executive Officer

Klaus Eckhof is a geologist with 20 years experience developing mineral deposits throughout Africa, South America, Asia, Australia and Russia. Mr. Eckhof worked for Mt Edon Goldmines as the business development manager before it was acquired by Teck Corporation. In 1994, he founded Spinifex Gold and Lafayette Mining; both successfully delineated gold and base metals. In 2003/4 Mr. Eckhof founded Moto Goldmines which acquired the Moto Gold project in the Democratic Republic of Congo where he and his team delineated 20 million ozs and delivered a feasibility study within 4 years from commencement of exploration.

Peter Hooper

Executive Chairman

A senior mining executive, Peter Hooper has a long track record as an instrumental participant in mining production in South Africa, Canada, Australia and Ghana. He has provided consulting engineering to projects in Canada, USA, Cuba, Columbia, Venezuela, Mexico, Chile, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Australia, Khrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and France. Mr. Hooper has helped oversee several major corporate reorganizations and has been involved in the retraining of mineral corporation executive teams. He has extensive global relations and board experiences including twenty years offshore, and close corporate ties in some twenty countries. Mr. Hooper holds a B.Sc., Mining Engineering and is fluent in English and French.

Philip Gibbs

Chief Financial Officer

A Chartered Management Accountant with extensive financial management experience in large corporate environments in the manufacturing and retail sectors, both in North America and in Africa. Philip's multi-disciplinary exposure includes areas of Market Research, Logistics and IT Systems implementations, providing a broad base of business acumen suited to growing businesses.

Stanley Robinson

Geological Consultant

A Canadian geologist, Stanley Robinson is a graduate of Sir George Williams and the University of Ottawa, with over thirty years exploration and management experience in Canada and Africa, including six years with International Gold and Ashanti Goldfields in Burkina Faso and Ghana. Mr. Robinson served as a director and President of Lakota Resources Inc. and managed the Company's exploration projects and joint ventures in Tanzania. In Bukina Faso Mr. Robinson delineated a resource of 1.3 million ounces of gold on the Youga project; Youga is now in commercial production.

Alan Bell

Security Consultant

With more than 22 years of Special Forces experience, including 12 years with Britain's elite commando unit, the Special Air Service (SAS) which recognized as the world's foremost Special Forces unit. Alan Bell has participated in counterterrorist operations worldwide as President of his security consulting company, Globe Risk, which supports security and logistical operations worldwide.
